At Paragon we believe that candour is critical to quality decision-making and alignment.
Accordingly, we work with our clients to identify those areas of potential disagreement and (in a safe and productive way) explore how to move forward with group buy-in and agreement. The goal is to create patterns to prevent conflict from festering and interfering with productivity and community reputation.
If conflict is “popping up”, we work with Councils and Boards to “check-in” to prevent those frustrations from growing, and also assist with groups that are struggling with dysfunctional group dynamics and interpersonal conflicts. An area of particular expertise is rebuilding the trust between management and elected officials.
We do this by facilitating team sessions, conducting one-on-one interventions, and leading all-staff training. All work is kept completely confidential and we provide free consultations for organizations considering outside assistance.
